Hi, I’m Heidi, the owner of JuicyCRM.
JuicyCRM was created because I saw too many capable business owners spending their time juggling tools, chasing follow ups, and holding everything together in their heads.
I believe good systems should support you quietly in the background, not add more noise or complexity to your day.

JuicyCRM is designed to be to use, even if systems are not your strong suit.
During your demo, we walk through how the platform works and how it could be set up for your business.
From there, you can choose the level of support that feels right for you; if you're techy our onboarding ad 24/7 support (Ai, human and zoom based) may be enough to get you started and for you to create your system as you need it.
If you're a little techy, then you may want to utelise our premium onboarding which gives you an additional 3 months of guided onboarding through 1:1 zooms and additional comms support.
Otherwise, if you don't have time or energy to learn a new system, we can take care of everything for you with a done-for-you package tailored to your specific business needs. Our Kiwi-based team understands how businesses operate in NZ/AU/UK/EU and can work with you to create a system that works for your business culture, service and your target market

The answer is NO! If Juicy isn't the right fit for your business or I don't think Juicy will solve your problem, I won't sell it to you. The reality is, if you don't like it, you're not going to have a good experience with us and feel like it's a waste of money and time. I don't want you to feel like that, and I certainly don't want to feel like I've let you down (I know, people pleasing complex!). I tell the truth - if I think your current system, or another system would be better for you, then I will let you know.
Yes. JuicyCRM is used by small and growing businesses that want more structure without unnecessary complexity. The platform is flexible, so it can be set up to suit where your business is right now, and grow with you over time. And you don't need to learn to use all of it at once - you unpack and utelise or turn on/off features as you need them. This is the beauty of JuicyCRM; it's so customisable you get to manage it exactly as you need to for your business.
JuicyCRM isn't tailored to one type of business; in fact this is what makes it so beneficial for our existing customers. By allowing you to unpack all the features over time, you may come up with additional uses for some of the modules (or hack it!) for example, the team at Canine Comprehension use Courses & Communities to train their team, mananage their certifications (and expiry e.g for health and saftey) and manage their internal team communications. While this isn't the primary use for this feature set, it has allowed Sarah to automate so much of her team training, and she can ensure she knows exactly where her teams overall knowledge is at.
JuicyCRM is designed to bring key parts of your business together, such as leads, follow ups, and client communication. We generally start by understanding the 'quick win' that you need to have e.g if another software subscription is coming up for renewal, or you really need to create a webinar funnel to generate more lead interest and then manage those leads.
In the meantime, systems can be connected with Zapier, Make, Pabbly or Webhooks while you get used to the software and transfer your processes.
Many businesses start by using JuicyCRM alongside their existing tools, then as they become more comfortable using JuicyCRM (or as software subscriptions come due, that Juicy can replace) our clients bring that into Juicy from the other software, saving them more and more money the more they use it.
For example, one of our clients, Auckland City Painters, who are registered Master Painters automated their Master Painters Certificate once the job is complete, saving them hours in manual work creating those certificates for their clients. Now they fill in a form, submit the form, and the certificate goes out automatically.
We work with multiple different industries. Typically our clients have someone on their team in the operations space that runs the system on behalf of the business, however several have asked us to do full transfers from other systems (Kajabi Acquity, Hubspot, Calendly, Dubsado, Honeybook etc) and recreate it into JuicyCRM.
